From a catering facility perspective, our Event Coordinators need to be in constant contact with the DJ to keep things running smoothly. For example, if the facility is ready to serve your dinner but the DJ doesn’t announce that guests will be released to the buffet, this can leave your guests confused along with a very long buffet line! Additionally, imagine if your DJ announced you were cutting the cake without notifying your Event Coordinator or Photographer. This can result in no assistance in cake cutting and possibly no pictures of this fun tradition! We make suggestions based on what you imagine your event to “feel like”. All of our Clients get access to our “Client Login Area” where you will be provided with an in depth Planning Form, Timeline Assistance, and access to our “Play List” area.

The Play List area is where you and/or your group can let us know what you want to hear or don’t want to hear at your event by searching through our database of over 100,000 songs.

You will be provided with personal login information. It’s a very easy and user friendly process we have perfected to ensure that everything is taken care of in advance. A plan is vital for any form of success and we aim to make your Wedding successful and memorable.

Our Company also has an “Open Communication Policy”. Which means you can contact us by Phone, Text, Email, Facebook, Twitter, Fax, or regular old mail! We understand that you may come across “Last Minute Changes” that can be stressful. Which is why we ensure you that if we don’t answer right away, you won’t wait more than 24 hours to hear from our company! We also believe that for anything to work correctly, Communication Is Key!

 

Our Wedding Services!

Our Reception Services include 5 hours of Event Entertainment, Personalized Planning, and require a Deposit to “Save the Date”. Remaining balance can be paid in installments but must be paid off in full on or before date of event.
